RIP – Luke Barnes
It is with great sadness that the Club has to report the passing of one of it’s former players, Luke Barnes, at the very young age of only 34. He leaves a wife, Isobel, and young son Kobe. All of our thoughts at the present time go to Isobel, Kobe and the rest of Luke’s family. Luke played at Sedgley Park for a number of years and was an integral part of the teams he played in. However, Luke had been diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy and due to this suffered a irreversible brain injury.
