England Rugby are looking to recruit 2 new Community Rugby Coaches for Lancashire.
The role holder will contribute to the growth of the game by undertaking targeted coaching in schools, colleges, universities and other community settings, introducing all variants of the game to new players and supporting their transition into clubs and other regular activity. They will particularly focus on work with 14-24 year old existing and new players and on working with women and girls to develop their engagement with the game.
