International Tickets – 6 Nations

Barely has the snow covered up England’s excellent Autumn Series than we find ourselves heading towards an exciting 2022 6 Nations Tournament.

England will be playing Wales and Ireland at Twickenham next year and I will be allocating the Club’s tickets from our fixed RFU allocation on Wednesday 8th December, 2021 against requests received for tickets.

Matches are on        Saturday 26th February, 2022   K.O. 16.45 p.m. –  WALES

Ticket Prices £115 and £137 – No Concessions.

 Saturday 12th March,2022        K.O. 16.45 p.m.- IRELAND

Ticket Prices £115 and £137 – No Concessions.

Please indicate that you are prepared/not prepared to pay the higher price for either game.

Demand invariably is always very high so there will be a restriction of 2 tickets to one game per paid-up member and a ballot. Of course, there is also a modest Admin charge of £8 per ticket included in the ticket price above which goes to funding Clubhouse and Grounds improvements.

Please let me know by email as soon as possible (preferable) and by noon on Tuesday 7th December, 2021 latest, if you are seeking tickets to attend either of these matches and, if covering your bets, your order of preference.

Use email address   and put Application for 6 Nations 2022 in the Subject line.

Payment will be required from successful applicants within 48 hours of being notified of allocation – after having conducted a check on current paid-up Membership status.

NOTA BONA:  Tickets are now ONLY digital for Twickenham matches and are delivered via the Twickenham App. You can download the App now to your Smartphone as that is how I will be forwarding them to the successful Ticket Applicant. Printing the ticket off is not an option to present at the turnstile. Only one ticket per Smartphone is allowed so both people in your party need their ticket on their Smartphone (adequately charged as no phone charging facilities will be available at the ground).

Of course, presenting your ticket will not require Internet access as they are held in the App. I will need full name and mobile phone number (for Track and Trace purposes) of each ticket recipient and everybody attending needs to be double-jabbed and able to prove it. I’ll send out full instructions and rules in the New Year as they are likely to change as the Omicron variant gathers pace. Meanwhile you should familiarise yourself with the RFU Code of Conduct for Spectators by visiting their website.

Looking forward to a successful season on and off the pitch for all Sedgley Park Teams and for an entertaining and exciting 6 Nations Tournament in the coming weeks.

Stay Warm and Keep Safe,
