Changing local children’s lives
More than 650 children in the Bury, Oldham and Rochdale area are living with life-shortening conditions – but the vast majority haven’t had any support from a children’s hospice. Until now. We’re already caring for local families in their own homes and are working hard to make Grace’s Place the welcoming home-from-home that they and many more families need and deserve.
