As announced at the AGM, the Executive Committee are pleased to state that membership prices for 2017-18 will remain the same as last season.
This is now the 7th year in a row that prices have remained constant and, together with the Membership Discount Card scheme, represents great value for money when compared to other rugby clubs in our area.
The membership scheme is aligned to the club financial year and runs from the 1st June 2017 to 31st May 2018. All memberships from last season have now lapsed and need to be renewed.
The process for membership renewal is very simple:
• All members will shortly receive a Payment Request Email which contains a link to the payment portal where you can pay by credit or debit card. This is the easiest and preferred option please.
• Alternatively, you can pay via the Membership Secretaries who will be in the middle bar at the club from 2 – 4pm on Saturday 17th June (Beer Festival) and Saturday 24th June (Volunteer Weekend). Simply come along with your credit or debit card, although it is also possible to pay by cash if required.
• Alternatively, you can pay via the card machine in the middle bar – the bar staff will be happy to assist you.
Once you have renewed your membership your Members Discount Card will also be re-activated to allow you to enjoy discounted bar prices. It is important therefore that you keep your existing card please.
Club membership revenue is an important source of funding for the club and underpins the fixed costs that are associated with running a successful club such as ours. As announced at the AGM we ask that all members pay their membership by the end of September (M+J by 17th September as this is their first match).
