This Festival is for all the Family, Adults and Children. There will be bands playing all day, filled in by DJs. For the kids, there will be Bouncy Castles, Face Painting, Crazy Golf, Children’s Rides, Circus Skills Workshops, MAscots and Story Telling. There will be many Bars around the pitch selling soft drinks, Beers, Wine and Gin. In addition there will be several food stalls selling Pizza, Indian Vegetarion Food, Portuguese, BBQ and Cheesy food. Something for everybody. As well as raising funds for the Club, we are also promoting the Superjosh Charity.
We are targeting getting 1000 people there on the day, but we definitely need your help with this. How can you help?
- Please promote this event on your personal, team and business Social Media.
- Take Posters / Flyers from the Club and put them up in your school, scout hut, Karate / Boxing club, work, pub or wherever.
- Try to sell tickets to family and friends. If all club members come themselves and sell 2 tickets, we will exceed 100o people.
- Volunteer to help on the day. We will need more than 50 people to give a couple of hours to help out. We can even find roles for older Juniors.
- Offer a place to put up a Festival Banner to further promte the Festival. We are prepared to offer Tickets to those who can display a banner in a prominent place.
- Sponsor some part of the event. We are open to companies or individuals promoting themselves through the event.
With your help and support we can make our first Whitefield Festival a roaring success and raise much needed funds for future projects.
